Beyond the work for their clients, Gercke Wollschläger actively participates in the criminal and criminal procedural discourse by means of publications, lectures, and within the scope of memberships in professional organizations, and is involved in both advanced legal education and the training of young lawyers. 06/2024 Another award from Handelsblatt/Best Lawyers In 2024, Handelsblatt, in cooperation with Best Lawyers, once again honors Prof. Dr. Gercke, Dr. Wollschläger, Dr. Leimenstoll, Dr. Stirner, Dr. Grözinger, Ms. Lieb and Mr. Nosthoff-Horstmann as “Best Lawyers” in the field of white-collar criminal law. 05/2024 Profifußball vs. Realwirtschaft – Vermarktung um jeden Preis? On 24.04.2024, the event organized by Gercke Wollschläger and PSD Bank on the topic of “Profifußball vs. Realwirtschaft – Vermarktung um jeden Preis?” took place with a very prominent panel. The panel included Andreas Rettig (DFB Managing Director of Sport), Alexander Wehrle (CEO of VfB Stuttgart), Prof. Dr. Matthias Jahn and Dr. Reinhold Ernst. The discussion was moderated by Thomas Wagner.

Compliance and crisis management 22.02.2024
