Out-of-court dispute settlement

In case of disputes between lawyers and their clients, out-of-court dispute settlement is possible on request at the relevant bar association in Cologne (Sec 73 para 2 no 3 in connection with para 5 BRAO) or at the arbitration board of the legal profession (Sec 191 et sq BRAO) at the Federal Bar Association.
